Common Advice to all of U

First regarding written test

-> U should get 70%- 90% of mark in written.If there is know negative mark then answer for all.

-> If there is negative marking then don't guess even single qn.Here 50 to 60% enough but everything should be correct.

Be prepare with previous recent paper, Have yr own exam to manage time.

Regarding Tech. Interview

->Be ready to answer for "Tell about Yourself" without struggle.Here concentrate more on educational backround and Tech strength.U will get qns from that also.

->99 % of interviewr qn from C and C++.So be strong in those before going for Tech round.

->Prepare one concept subject very well such as DBMS, Network,OS, Data structure

-> Most of qns are Basics and repeated one.

Regarding HR

->Be ready to answer for "Tell about Yourself" without struggle.U will get qns from that also.U should have proof for yr strength and remedy for yr weakness.

* Why this company?
* How to u differentiate from others?
* Why do I need to select U?
* What will u do, if won't select u?
* Regarding Team handling
* Some about company?
* What is yr strength and weakness
